2701 Eastpoint Parkway
Project Scope: As a Landscape Architect with Gresham, Smith and Partners, John Pacyga designed the landscape for 2701 Easpoint Parkway in Louisville, KY. The client requested an aesthetic that included ornamental grasses, perennials, shrubs and trees. The design used native limestone as a repeating element to create a natural feeling landscape. The client recently asked Verdant Design to come back to evaluate if the the landscape installation fulfills the intent of the landscape design. The inspection included meeting with the client and the landscape contractor, reviewing the plantings, recommending some immediate changes, and supplying the client with a report of the inspection. Due to the need for a quick review, the on-site meeting, inspection, and report were done in less than 24 hours so the client and contractor could finish their work together.
